Zomato’s founder and CEO, Deepinder Goyal, has bought a super-luxury apartment at DLF The Camellias in Gurugram. According to reports, the price of the apartment is around ₹52.3 crore. This move adds Goyal to the list of big names who own homes in this premium residential complex.
Located in DLF Phase-5, Gurugram, The Camellias is famous for its hotel-like facilities and high-profile residents. The complex offers everything from private clubs to spa services, and it often makes news for record-breaking real estate deals in the National Capital Region.
Goyal’s new apartment is quite spacious, covering about 10,813 square feet. It also comes with five reserved parking spots, a common perk for residents in such high-end projects. As per documents seen by real estate analytics firm Zapkey, he signed the conveyance deed for the property in March this year and paid ₹3.66 crore as stamp duty.
Interestingly, while the purchase was made directly from the builder DLF Limited back in 2022, the legal process was completed on March 17, 2025. This isn’t unusual for such high-value deals, where paperwork and registrations can sometimes take extra time.
The Camellias stands out for its luxury and privacy. Many top industrialists and business leaders have homes here, making it one of the most sought-after addresses around Delhi-NCR. Apartments here often cost upwards of ₹40 crore, and the project is known for breaking price records every now and then.
With this buy, Deepinder Goyal joins a select club of entrepreneurs investing in ultra-luxury real estate. Beyond its price, the apartment offers a lifestyle — from landscaped gardens to world-class gyms and swimming pools — matching the taste of people who lead some of India’s top companies.
